RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for XMA Corporation’s, 18 GHz coaxial attenuators with SMA male to SMA female connectors. The XMA part number series, 2082-604y-xx, follows the Omni Spectra® product sequence. These SMA 18GHz attenuators are available in standard dB values of 3,6,10, 20 and 30 dB with a 2 W CW input power and a 500 W peak power rating. The overall length of the XMA SMA coaxial attenuators are .086" for 3, 6 and 10 dB and 1.02" for 20 and 30 dB.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support forAmpleon’s BLF10M6200, a 200 W LDMOS power transistor targeted for ISM applications from 700 to 1000 MHz. The BLF10M6200 offers 28.5% typical drain efficiency and is internally matched for ease of use. It is designed for ruggedness in class-AB operation and capable of withstanding a load mismatch of 10:1 through all phases.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for two global navigation low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) from Skyworks Solutions. The SKY65605-21 and SKY65611-11 are both designed for BeiDou/GPS/GLONASS/Galileo receiver applications and are optimized to operate from 1559 to 1606 MHz. Improving GPS system sensitivity, external LNAs overcome filter losses and provide faster first fix time.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for SMA connectored Directional Couplers from P1dB operating from 2 to 4 GHz. The P1CP-SAF-0204G series are available in 10 dB (P1CP-SAF-0204G10W-10), 20 dB (P1CP-SAF-0204G50W-20) and 30 dB (P1CP-SAF-0204G50W-30) coupling factors. The P1CP-SAF-0204G10W-10will handle input power levels as high as 10 W while the P1CP-SAF-0204G50W-20and P1CP-SAF-0204G50W-30handle up to 50 W for multiple applications.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 3 x 3 mm, leadless packaged, through line. The Qorvo TQQ7399 offers PCB designers the flexibility of an RF bypass path that can be used in conjunction with other devices or stand alone to jump existing surface traces. Capable of operation from DC to 2700 MHz, the TQQ7399 has a typical insertion loss of only 0.15 dB while return loss is 25 dB into 50 ohms. Maximum power handling is +20 dBm.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 1 W power amplifier from Qorvo. The TGA4537-SM operates from 29 to 35 GHz with an integrated power detector for power monitoring. Requiring no additional matching components, the Qorvo TGA4537-SM serves point-to-point radio and Ka-band satellite applications with 18 dB of gain. The TGA4537-SM draws 1100 mA from a 6 V supply with a Psat of 31dBm.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s 857271 SAW filter for 3G/4G infrastructure intermediate frequency (IF) circuits. Insertion loss of the 857271 is only 11 dB, nearly half the loss of similar performance SAW filter options. With a usable bandwidth of 39.6 MHz, the 857271 also supports general purpose wireless applications where low EVM (3%) is desirable.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Carlisle Interconnect Technologies enhanced performance H5610 series, SMA field replaceable connectors. The H5610 series provides mode free performance to 27 GHz. Low RF leakage (less than 90 dB) is combined with ultra-low VSWR performance (typically 1.15:1) to 27 GHz. The enhanced performance H5610 SMA connector series offers backside interfaces for various pin sizes.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s TGA2595-CP, a 27.5 to 31GHz gallium nitride (GaN) power amplifier serving VSAT and SatCom applications. The TGA2595-CP offers 8 W of Psat power with a PAE of 22%. Small signal gain is >25 dB. A balanced configuration supports low return loss and improves robustness into non-ideal loads. Drawing 560 mA from a 20 V supply, the Qorvo TGA2595-CP comes in a copper based, flange package.
