RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the 365CT000, 40 A pulsed switch from XSYSTOR, Inc. The 365CT000 offers easy integration of GaN amplifiers in high speed, pulsed power systems. These CMOS, complementary MOSFET switches have clocked speeds of <200 nSec for rise and fall times. Allowing source and drain voltages from 28 to 80 V, the XSYSTOR switch is compatible with standard and high voltage GaN amplifiers and transistors.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity amplifier. The Qorvo TQP9421, internally matched small cell PA offers 27 dBm of linear power (-50 dBc ACLR) with 30 dB of gain. Drawing 450 mA from a 4.5 V supply, the TQP9421 lends itself towards distributed amplifier systems (DAS), small cell infrastructure and repeaters. The Qorvo TQP9421 is capable of 35.5 dBm P1dB from 2.11 to 2.17 GHz.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TGA2818-SM power amplifier. The TGA2818-SM provides 30 W of saturated output power for S-band radar systems operating over 2.8 to 3.7 GHz. Large signal gain is >18 dB with power added efficiency of >47%. This 2-stage, GaN on SiC amplifier runs on 28 V bias drawing 200 mA of current. The Qorvo TGA2818-SM has good thermal properties and supports a range of bias voltages.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an internally matched amplifier from Qorvo. The Qorvo TQP9418 spans a frequency range of 1.805 to 1.88 GHz with an output power 27.5 dBm. The TQP9418 offers a best in class linearity of -48 dBc ACLR at 27.5 dBm. With 31 dB of gain, the TQP9418 draws 455 mA from a 4.5 V supply. Applicable for small cell base stations, booster amplifiers and repeaters.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TQP9221, a 2.01 to 2.17 GHz linear amplifier for use in enterprise femtocells, CPE and distributed antenna systems. The TQP9221 offers over 30 dB of gain and is internally matched for design ease while drawing 225 mA from a 4.5 V supply. 
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for SMA terminated coaxial pigtail cable assemblies from P1dB. The P1CA-SAFPT-034SR-2 is one of a family of pigtail cables that include semi-rigid, conformable and jacketed conformable cable styles. P1dB pigtails are commonly used to inject or sample RF signals during prototyping or testing of RF circuits by simply soldering the unterminated cable end onto a pin, copper trace or test pad.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Skyworks dual-band, internally matched, SP4T switch developed for WiFi applications in the 2.4 and 5 GHz ISM bands. The Skyworks SKY13575-639LF supports access points and CPEs along with WLAN test and measurement equipment. Frequency coverage is from 100 MHz to 6 GHz with a maximum insertion loss of 1.4 dB. Isolation ranges from 26 to 40 dB and the SKY13575-639LF can handle up to 32 dBm of input power.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Skyworks high isolation switches developed for IoT (Internet of Things) applications. The family features the SKY13522-644LF SPDT, the SKY13523-639LF SP3T and SKY13524-639LF SP4T. All 3 switches support operation from 700 to 3000 MHz. Designed using SOI processing, these switches consume less than 10 uA of current. Built-in decoders limit the number of GPIO lines needed for control.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the PE4152, a high linearity RF mixer from Peregrine Semiconductor. Designed for land mobile radio (LMR) and cellular infrastructure up to 1 GHz, the PE4152 offers two operating modes: LO enable and LO bypass. LO enable provides 25 dBm IIP3 with 52 dBm IIP2. LO bypass provides 24 dBm IIP3 with 46 dBm IIP2. Both modes provide low conversion loss of 6.5dB.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TQL9093 ultra low noise amplifier featuring flat gain. Capable of operation from 600 to 4200 MHz, the TQL9093 is optimized for wireless infrastructure applications spanning 1500 to 4000 MHz and offers >19 dB of gain +/-0.5 dB over this span. Midband OIP3 is 41.5 dBm while noise figure is as low as 0.54 dB.
