RFMW Ltd., announced design support for MECA LPTC series of Low-PIM terminations.The MECA LPTC series features compact terminations at power handling levels of 10, 50, 100 and 250 watts with outstanding PIM performance of -160 to -165 dBc. All of the terminations perform up to 2700 MHz with a maximum VSWR 1.20:1. The MECA Low-PIM terminations are available in 7/16, N and 4.1/9.5 connector configurations.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo's TQL9092, a flat-gain, high-linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier (LNA). The TQL9092 provides 2 dB (peak-to-peak) gain flatness from 1.5 to 3.6 GHz.Typical gain is 22.6 dB and OIP3 is 39.5 dBm at a 65 mA bias setting. Noise figure at this setting would be 0.6 dB. The TQL9092 can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 volts.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the 0.5 W QPA9119, a high linearity amplifier from Qorvo. Covering 400 to 4200 MHz, the Qorvo QPA9119 has 17 dB of gain, a P1dB of 27.2 and offers +44 dBm OIP3. The QPA9119 draws only 137 mA from a 5 V supply and is ideal for repeaters and distributed amplifier systems. Designed to support both TDD and FDD systems, the Qorvo QPA9119 comes in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package.   

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TQP9326, a half watt, highly efficient power amplifier covering 2.3 to 2.7 GHz (bands 7, 30, 40 and 41). The TQP9326 is a fully integrated, 50 ohm module with 34 dB of gain and designed for applications using DFE or DPD. Running from a nominal 5 V supply, the TQP9326 draws ~115 mA and boasts efficiencies as high as 22%.

Running from a nominal 5 V supply, the TQP9321 draws ~100 mA and boasts efficiencies as high as 27%.

The TQP9309 is a fully integrated, 50 ohm module  with 32 dB of gain and designed for applications using DFE or DPD. Running from a nominal 5 V supply, the TQP9309 draws ~100 mA and boasts efficiencies as high as 27%.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support a 2 W saturated output power driver amplifier designed to support HPA implementation from 13 to 18 GHz. The Qorvo TGA2958 is compatible with GaN HPA bias conditions allowing it to run from the same supply as the high power amplifier. The TGA2958, 3-stage driver, has a small signal gain of >25 dB yet draws only 70 mA of CW bias.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TGS4310-SM single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) reflective switch. The TGS4310-SM is specified for operation from 13 to 19 GHz and features low insertion loss of <1.7 dB with isolation >20 dB. Switching speed is 20 nS and the switch control voltages are 5 V / 0 V. Capable of handling 2 W of input power, the TGS4310-SM is ideal for Ku-band Radar applications.
