The RFPD3210 and RFPD3220 are hybrid GaAs/GaN devices offering excellent linearity and low distortion. Designed for 45 to 1218 MHz CATV amplifier systems, the RFPD3210 and RFPD3220 also offer high gain of 22.5 and 24.5 dB respectively. The precision adjustments on the OPS-0002 phase shifter allow enhanced resolution and accuracy setting. The API OPS-0002 is offered with precision 2.4 mm female connectors and operates up to 50 GHz. The micrometer adjustment allows for 28 turns. Each turn provides a minimum of 4 pico-seconds time delay.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for API Technologies’ 305W single channel rotary joint. The API rotary joint is used to transmit RF energy from a stationary RF source to a rotating RF line. The 305W operates from DC to 12.4 GHz through type N coaxial connectors. VSWR is as low as 1.15:1. Rotary joints have inherently low insertion loss as evidenced by the 305W with loss ranging from <0.2 dB below 6 GHz to <0.3 dB below 12.4 GHz.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TGA2227, a 2 to 22 GHz low noise amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s TQGaN15 GaN on SiC process. The Qorvo TGA2227 can also be used as a driver with >15 dB of small signal gain or a general amplifier with >20 dBm P1dB. With a nominal drain voltage of 8 V, the TGA2227 can be biased over a wide range of voltages with little impact on noise figure and gain
