The Skyworks SKY66185-11 provides 38 dB of gain for LTE radios operating in the 851 to 894 MHz frequency range (B5, B6, B18, B19, B26, B27). Designed for high linearity at elevated temperatures, the SKY66185-11 supports outdoor applications where ambient temperatures range from -40 to +85 degrees C. Typical ACLR performance is -50 dBc at 23 dBm.

The Skyworks SKY13585-679LF supports transmit/receive applications from 1 to 6 GHz such as WLAN networks, WiFi, repeaters, ISM band radios, Bluetooth and connectivity modules. Capable of operating from 1.8 or 3.3 V control logic without degrading power handling, the SKY13585-679LF has a P0 .1 dB point of 31 dBm.

The Qorvo QPC1022 is designed for low distortion requirements in LTE infrastructure, repeaters and data cards operating from 5 to 6000 MHz. Isolation between RF ports is 39 dB while insertion loss is only 0.25 dB.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 200 W CW power transistor from Ampleon. The CLF1G0035S-200P GaN HEMT is usable from DC to 3.5GHz for broadband applications in wireless infrastructure, public mobile radios, jammers and Radar. The Ampleon CLF1G0035S-200P offers up to 11 dB of associated gain in CW applications or 14 dB of gain in pulsed applications. The transistor draws only 300 mA in class AB configurations with 44% typical efficiency.

With full 60 MHz bandwidth, in band insertion loss is only 3.7 dB while UL/DL attenuation is up to 44 dB. The TQQ7101 requires no external matching and handles 29 dBm of power.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a GaN power amplifier. The Qorvo TGA2218-SM offers 12 W of saturated output power from 13.4 to 16.5 GHz. Small signal gain is >28 dB while large signal gain is >23 dB. The TGA2218-SM draws 225 mA from a 28 V supply with 29% power added efficiency (PAE). Serving Commercial VSAT, Military Satcom, Radar and Data Link applications, the TGA2218-SM comes in a 5.5 x4.5 mm, air-cavity QFN package.

The P1AD-BNMM is a BNC male to BNC male adapter offering a miniature, quick connect/disconnect for commercial RF applications. RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42421, a low cost, high performance SPDT switch. The PE42421 operates from 10 MHz to 3 GHz with insertion loss as low as 0.35 dB and isolation as high as 30 dB between ports. The input 1 dB compression point is dependent on voltage and as high as 33.5 dBm. Input IP3 is 55 dBm. Peregrine’s PE42421 low cost switch finds applications in RFID, home networking, small cells and WiFi.

The model 1000-029 covers the frequency band of 225 to 512 MHz for broadband radio applications where rugged antenna options are required. The Southwest Antennas’ 1000-029 is fully potted and waterproof to 20 meters when installed, yet is lightweight (1.9 oz) and highly flexible. The TNC male connector is black chrome plated and the antenna is black polyolefin.
