Fully matched, surface mount, +20 dBm linear output PAs with high power added efficiency
Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for five new power amplifiers for small cell applications from Skyworks Solutions, Inc.
The five new surface mount, +20 dBm linear output power amplifiers meet spectral requirements for small cell PAs with high power-added efficiency. These fully-integrated devices offer high gain, low power current consumption, low bill-of-materials count, ease of use, and a small footprint with input and output parts internally matched.
The SKY66001-11 (2110–2170 MHz), SKY66002-11 (1900–2025 MHz), SKY66005-11 (850–920 MHz), SKY66008-11 (900–990 MHz), and SKY66013-11 (700–800 MHz) are ideally suited for femtocell, small cell, and repeater applications.
