PAs cover down to 820 MHz and up to at least 890 MHz
Richardson RFPD Inc. announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for three new 20 W power amplifiers from Wavelex.
The new 50-ohm, unconditionally stable PAs operate from a single DC power supply and cover down to 820 MHz and up to at least 890 MHz.
They feature infinite load VSWR protection and a minimum of 50% power added efficiency, and they are SMA-connectorized and packaged with precision machine housings in Wavelex’s WP-1M package. Wavelex products are 100% production-tested on all minimum and maximum electrical specifications.
The new PAs are suitable for GSM mobile infrastructure and fixed wireless communication applications.
The WPA08-35B, WPA08-53A, and WPA0810A are part of a new family of 17W to 25W power amplifiers from Wavelex.
