Richardson RFPD Inc. and Wavelex announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for two new low noise amplifiers (LNAs) from Wavelex.
The WLA0030A offers wide frequency band operation, from 20 to 3000 MHz, a 1.3 dB noise figure and 15 dB gain. The WLA0030A is versatile for a range of applications, from LTE, to receiver amplifiers, RF bench test, and mobile base station.
The WLA0545A operates from 0.5 to 4 GHz, with a 1.2 dB noise figure and 25 dB gain. It is well-suited for cellular, GPS, PCS and 3G applications, as well as receiver amplifiers, RF bench test, and mobile base stations.
Both new LNAs are fully-matched to 50 ohms, with no external matching components needed. They are packaged with precision machine housings in Wavelex's IP-3 package. Wavelex products are 100% production-tested on all minimum and maximum electrical specifications.
