Steatite Q-par Antennas, a microwave antenna, subsystem and consultancy company based in Leominster, UK, announces the launch of a new 2 to 24 GHz Dual Linear Sinuous Antenna, at the European Microwave Week 2013 event. The low squint ultra wide bandwidth antenna is suitable for use in the EW and SIGINT market providing intercept opportunities for a wide range of arbitrarily polarised hostile signals.

If you are assessing the power conversion efficiency of your power amplifiers, you are probably making power-added efficiency (PAE) measurements. Mobile Experts released a new five-year forecast for Distributed Antenna Systems. The Mobile Experts forecast projects rapid growth for DAS deployment, with the number of DAS nodes deployed doubling between 2013 and 2016. More than 50% of DAS networks will include small cells and Wi-Fi by 2018.
