The MAAL-010528 is a high performance X-Band GaAs low noise amplifier that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. It provides a nominal gain of 20 dB with excellent gain flatness, OIP3 linearity of +26 dBm, and a noise figure of 1.6 dB at 10 GHz. The part features a self-bias architecture that requires only a single, positive supply. The device is internally matched to 50 Ω input/output and is versatile for multiple applications, including VSAT, radar and microwave radios.
