SPECTRAN® V6 ECO - a new era of real-time spectrum analysis

The basic version of the USB device offers a real-time bandwidth (RTBW) of 44 MHz and an extended frequency range of 9 kHz to 6 GHz, optionally 7.25 GHz for WiFi6E measurements. The powerful RTSA-Suite PRO for data analysis is included in the scope of delivery. A variety of 2D and 3D views, triggers, IQ processing and recording are already included in the free basic version, for which additional costs may otherwise apply.

An alternative version of the ECO with integrated vector signal generator is also available. In addition to the input (Rx), this variant also offers a 44 MHz output (Tx) and thus enables simultaneous transmit and receive operation, for example for EMC immunity tests.

Thirdly, a dual RX variant SPECTRAN® V6 ECO 200XA-6 (see image) will be produced, which achieves 2 x 44 MHz RTBW through the two inputs, which can be used independently of each other. In addition, the unique, patented high speed tictoc LO function allows sweep speeds of over 3 THz/s to be achieved - a world record.

All V6 ECO models can be extended with an optional 8GHz power meter. This may be integrated in the Rx1 path and can therefore be used simultaneously. It has a frequency range of 1 MHz to 8 GHz with an accuracy of +/- 1 dB, an impulse response time of 10 ns and a dynamic range of 70 dB.

There are of course other expansion options, such as an additional low-noise preamplifier, a shock-resistant oscillator (OCXO) with a time base of 5ppb and GPS (location and/or time).

A variety of other functions can be easily installed later via software license and considerably expand the range of functions of the RTSA-Suite PRO and thus of the device. The SPECTRAN® V6 ECO is only connected to a PC or laptop with a USB cable: Power is supplied via USB PD using the same USB port.
