The MRF8VP13350NR3 is a 350 W CW transistor designed for industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) applications in the 700 MHz to 1300 MHz frequency range. It is capable of 350W CW or pulse power in narrowband operation.
The device is internally input matched for ease of use, and it can be used single-ended or in a push-pull configuration. It is qualified up to a maximum of 50 VDD operation and includes integrated ESD protection.
Typical applications for the MRF8VP13350NR3 include:
- 915 MHz industrial heating/welding systems
- 1300 MHz particle accelerators
- 900 MHz TETRA base stations
