Richardson RFPD Inc. announces immediate availability and full design support of the new mXTEND™ antenna booster from Fractus S.A. (Fractus).
The mXTEND (part number FR01-S4-250) is specifically designed to provide multiband performance in mobile and other wireless devices, enabling worldwide coverage by allowing operation in the communication standards GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800/DCS, GSM1900/PCS, UMTS, LTE2100, LTE2300 and LTE2500.
It is the first release of Fractus' new Virtual Antenna™ line of products that provide operation in current mobile bands, as well as the ability to upgrade the bands for cellular platforms to LTE and future generations. The mXTEND is ultra-compact and can be standardized across multiple devices and platforms, with no customization required. It is cost-effective, highly efficient, and easy to use.
