High performance in robust lead, ultra-miniature packages
Richardson RFPD, Inc. announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for a new family of circulators and isolatorsfrom Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (Skyworks).
The new devices offer high isolation and low insertion loss, cover a broad frequency range (791-2710 MHz), and are available in ultra-miniature packages—as small as 11 and 15 mm, without sacrificing performance.
All of the new devices come in Skyworks' innovative robust lead mount packages. These low cost, stamped housings are optimized for automated placement and provide excellent grounding and consistent impedance matching compared to drop-in style products.
The new circulators and isolators can be used with all standard protocols, including TD-LTE, as well as with all infrastructure systems, such as remote radio heads (RRH), distributed antenna systems (DAS), active antenna systems (AAS), and small cells.
