At the 7th Wireless Congress 2010: Systems & Applications, which will be held in Munich, Germany, on November 10 and 11, Rohde & Schwarz will present lectures on LTE-Advanced and WiMAX™. The Congress runs in parallel with electronica 2010 and aims to shed light on all technical aspects of today’s and tomorrow’s wireless technologies, primarily for industrial use.
Rohde & Schwarz will participate with a presentation titled, LTE-Advanced – What’s Next?, to be given by Meik Kottkamp, and a second titled, 802.16m: The Future of WiMAX, which will be presented by Martin Müller. The first lecture will illustrate the key features in LTE-Advanced as currently specified in 3GPP Release 10 as well as their main impact on test and verification procedures. Muller’s lecture will focus on the current technical and market aspects of WiMAX 802.16m.
