Abstract:
The performance of microwave and millimeter-wave antennas and circuits plays a key role in satellite communication and the 5G mobile network for high-data-rate communication. It is beneficial to evaluate these devices using electromagnetic simulation before fabricating and testing them, as this saves time and effort during the design stage of the development process.
In this webinar, you will see a live demonstration in the COMSOL Multiphysics® software of how to set up and run a simulation for designing and evaluating a grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) line. The live demo will introduce a fast and efficient modeling workflow for phased-array antenna analysis using a periodic unit cell model and provide a summary of features within COMSOL Multiphysics that can be used for modeling similar phenomena.
