Eric Higham, Technical Editor
Eric previously worked as Director of the Advanced Semiconductor Applications and the Advanced Defense Systems Services at Strategy Analytics. He is an industry veteran with more than 40 years of semiconductor experience. Previously, he performed a variety of engineering, business development, marketing and management functions for M/A-COM, MicroDynamics and Raytheon. Eric holds an MSEE degree from Northeastern University and a BSEE degree from Cornell University.

Ryan Jennings, VP of SATCOM and Systems
Ryan Jennings is the VP of SATCOM and Systems with the goal to grow the SATCOM customer base as well as to define and lead the architecture for our future SATCOM products. Ryan brings over 25 years of experience leading mission-critical technology efforts for commercial, intelligence and defense customers.
Prior to his career at Anokiwave, Ryan held many roles at Ball Aerospace ranging from Principal RF Systems and Antenna Engineer to Senior Manager responsible for Phased Array Systems for High Data Rate communications.
Ryan received a B.S. degree in electrical, electronics and communications engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA with a focus in executive leadership from Regis University. He holds several phased-array related patents.
Keysight Technologies
Michael Ballou, Applications Development Scientist
Based in Nashua, New Hampshire, Mike is an Applications Development Scientist in Keysight’s Aerospace and Defense Industry group, Mike has been working in test and measurement for 22 years developing solutions for antenna testing and material measurements using vector network analyzers. Before joining Keysight in 2000, Mike developed microwave materials and test solutions for the aircraft industry.

John Wise, Product Line Manager for beamforming ICs and SiPs, Aerospace and Defense
Mr. Wise received his BSEE degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is the Product Line Manager for beamforming ICs and SiPs in Analog Devices Aerospace and Defense organization. Prior to joining ADI, Mr. Wise held positions at Hewlett-Packard (now Keysight) and Hittite Microwave. He has over 30 years of experience in the design, development and production of microwave and fiberoptic test equipment, components, modules and custom assemblies and ICs for commercial, military and hi-rel applications.
