Our in-house laboratory creates and develops rubber-based compounds to meet a wide range of requirements from low volume to high volume production for the Aerospace, Defense and industrial sectors. Our extensive manufacturing capability includes compression moulding presses/Injection moulding machines/Flash cut machines/Machining lathes, in addition we have partnerships with competitive subcontractors that allow us to propose a wide range of EMI gaskets as conductive elastomers, fingerstock gaskets, knitted wire mesh, conductive fabric over foam gaskets, as well as thermal PAD and interface materials, gapfillers... Within the framework of our Quality process (ISO9001-EN9100), our Quality Control department checks that the parts we manufacture are in accordance with our customers’ requirements.
