QPF4551 offers a compact form factor with integrated matching, minimizing wireless access point layout area by integrating a 5 GHz power amplifier, single pole two throw switch and bypassable low noise amplifier into a single device.  

The PCA3060 series of fixed attenuators  optimized for radar, T/R modules, E/W, mmWave and 5G applications up to 30 GHz and can handle up to 1 W of power in an 0603 size package.

SKY66422-11 is specifically designed for LPWAN—supporting LoRa®, SigFox and other unlicensed band technologies—as well as high-power ISM applications in the 860 to 930 MHz frequency range.

The Qorvo QPC7335 equalizer supports CATV amplifier and transmission systems from 45 to 1000 MHz with a 20 dB slope range, with design and sales support from RFMW. 

The Ampleon BLM10D3438-70ABG is a three-stage, fully integrated Doherty MMIC solution for 3.4 to 3.8 GHz power amplifier designs, now supported by RFMW.

CMX940 is a low-power, high performance Fractional-N PLL with fully-integrated wideband VCOs and programmable output divider, generating RF signals over a continuous frequency range of 49 to 2040 MHz.

QPA2962 serves radar and EW applications from 2 to 20 GHz. Delivering 10 W of saturated output power with large signal gain of 13 dB.

SKYA21043 incorporates a 5 GHz single-pole, double-throw transmit/receive switch, a 5 GHz high-gain low-noise amplifier with bypass and a 5 GHz power amplifier intended for high-power 802.11p applications and systems. 

 The Qorvo QPA3070 amplifier offers 150 W (52 dBm) of saturated output power with power gain of 28 dB.

A10165 XBAW™ filter covers the entire 5945 to 7125 MHz, U-NII-5 to U-NII-8 bands, of the WiFi 6E unlicensed spectrum with 50 dB low side rejection and 30 dB high side rejection.
