Analog Devices Inc. announces the LTC7004, a high speed, high side N-channel MOSFET driver that operates up to a 60 V supply voltage. Its internal charge pump fully enhances an external N-channel MOSFET switch, enabling it to remain on indefinitely. 

Analog Devices Inc., which recently acquired Linear Technology Corporation, announces the LTM4651, a nonisolated inverting output µModule^® regulator that can generate –26.5 to –0.5 V output from a positive input supply voltage. The LTM4651 operates over a 3.6 to 58 V input voltage range and is housed in a 15 mm x 9 mm x 5.01 mm BGA package, a compact solution, providing –5VOUT, –12VOUT, –15VOUT and –24VOUT from industrial standard 5VIN, 12VIN or 24VIN supplies.

Analog Devices, Inc., which recently acquired Linear Technology Corporation, announces the LTC5553, a double balanced mixer providing best-in-class matched bandwidth capability from 3 to 20 GHz. The mixer can be used either as an up- or downconverter. In addition, the LTC5553 delivers outstanding linearity of 23.9 dBm IIP3 at 14 GHz, and 21.5 dBm at 17 GHz. The device integrates an LO buffer requiring only 0 dBm input drive, effectively eliminating an external high power LO amplifier circuit. 

Analog Devices, Inc., which recently acquired Linear Technology Corporation, announces the LTC6432-15, a wideband fully differential amplifier with 15 dB gain, offering linearity of up to +50.3 dBm OIP3 (output third-order intercept), very high OP1 dB (output 1 dB compression point) of +22.7 dBm and 3.2 dB noise figure at 150 MHz.

Linear Technology introduces the LTC5566, a wideband, high dynamic range dual channel mixer with integrated programmable variable gain IF amplifiers. This dual mixer has a very wide, 300 MHz to 6 GHz input frequency range, specifically optimized and with extensive characterization at the emerging 3.6 and 4.5 GHz 5G bands, as well as the established 4G bands. The device supports bandwidths up to 400 MHz.
