Molex Inc. will showcase its flexible microwave cable assemblies at the International Microwave Symposium, June 1 – 6, Tampa Bay, FL, Booth 508.  The assemblies replace stiff, semi-rigid assemblies with a combination of Temp-Flex® coaxial cables and high-performance radio frequency (RF) connectors. 

AWR Corp. offers a wide range of activities during IMS2014.  As a platinum sponsor with its parent company National Instruments, AWR will be demonstrating its newly released V11 NI AWR Design Environment™ in Booth #633 on June 3-5, 2014, presenting numerous MicroApps presentation, hosting a customer appreciation event as well as sponsoring other IMS-related offerings.

Eastern OptX, long recognized as the world’s leader in microwave delay lines for radar target simulation, introduced its Series 10000 Radar Scenario Generator. Various components of this system will be on display at the International Microwave Symposium on June 3-5 in Tampa, FL.
 

Attendees of the 2014 International Microwave Symposium (IEEE-IMS) Exhibition will have the opportunity to see printed circuit boards made live and in-person by visiting LPKF Laser & Electronics in booth #1108. LPKF has announced that they will be debuting the first ever hybrid milling/laser prototyping system, the ProtoMat D104. Also at the show will be a UV laser prototyping system, the ProtoLaser U3. The show will be hosted in Tampa, FL., June 3-5 at the Tampa Convention Center.

AWR activities during IMS2014 include numerous software demonstrations in the booth that highlight our V11 release, as well as partner demonstrations and MicroApps presentations.

 

At IMS 2014, Vishay will be highlighting its VJ HIFREQ series and VJ QUAD HIFREQ series of surface-mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs). Offering high self resonance and a low dissipation factor of = 0.05 % in the 0402, 0603, and 0805 case sizes, devices in the VJ HIFREQ series are optimized for filter and matching networks, and amplifier and DC blocking circuits in high-frequency commercial applications. The MLCCs reduce signal loss and energy consumption in power amplifier modules, VoIP networks, cellular base stations, GPS systems, and satellite, WiFi (802.11), and WiMAX (802.16) wireless communication. The VJ HIFREQ series features broad working voltages from 25 VDC to 250 VDC and wide capacitance ranges from 1 pF to 1.5 nF.
