The AMFW-3F-12201270-10-15P is a half-height WR-75 integrated LNA designed for harsh environmental and extreme temperature conditions. In addition, it is designed to be extremely small, lightweight and for low power dissipation, ideal for airborne and portable applications.
MITEQ introduces a new addition, Model AMFWW-5F-22502357-140-WR34, to its very low noise waveguide LNA family. It has WR34 standard waveguide input and output, only 2” long and 0.75” high and wide, limited by the flange size solely.
New PIN diodes in an industry standard 0402 packaging technology for handset, WLAN, CATV Satcom, land mobile radios, infrastructure, T/R and switching applications.
Supplied in a range of thermal conductivities from 170 to 230 W/mK, this light-weight material is suitable for thermal base plates, heat spreaders, semiconductor packaging and pin fin heat sinks.
