ON Semiconductor Corporation is acquiring and licensing millimeter wave technology developed by IBM’s Haifa, Israel research team. ON Semiconductor will use the technology for automotive radar applications. Qorvo announced two dual-channel switch-LNA modules for base stations, covering 2.3 to 2.7 GHz and 1.8 to 4.2 GHz, respectively.
