 Technicolor has entered into an exclusive agreement with Cisco to acquire its customer premises equipment (CPE) business for €550 million (or $600 million equivalent) in a cash and stock transaction, reviewed by the Boards of Directors of the two companies, which will be on a cash free, debt free basis. The acquisition should result in Technicolor’s Connected Home segment reaching adjusted EBITDA in excess of €200 million by year end 2016 and best-in-class profitability (i.e.8-9% adjusted EBITDA margin) by 2017. 

The Sentinel-5 Precursor platform and the TROPOMI instrument have been integrated to form the satellite which will be leaving the UK for testing. Airbus Defence and Space will deliver the spacecraft to Intespace in Toulouse, France, for final system level testing.

Mercury Systems Inc., a leading high-tech commercial provider of more affordable secure and sensor processing subsystems powering today's critical defense and intelligence applications, announced it received $5.2 million in orders from a leading defense prime contractor to provide radar subsystems and related digital processing technologies for a missile defense application. The orders were booked in the Company's fiscal 2015 fourth quarter and are expected to be shipped over the next several quarters. 

The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command's Nanosatellite Program, or SNaP, will be a small satellite communications, or SATCOM, constellation. This will allow communication across great distances using existing UHF tactical radios.

 Indra will supply two Lanza 3D long-range deployable air defence radars (LTR-25) to NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency). The amount of this contract, with an execution period of 38 months, stands at €22 million, and includes options for a third radar and some optional equipment, which could rise the price up to €36 million.
