Crystek's CVCO55CC-3274-3280 voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 3274 MHz to 3280 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.7 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.
