Herley Industries Inc. announced that its Herley-CTI subsidiary located in Whippany, NJ, has received an award valued at approximately $5 M from a major US prime contractor to manufacture an integrated microwave assembly (IMA) for a US Navy electronic attack aircraft.

Richard F. Poirier, CEO and President, commented, "Herley continues to execute well on significant production orders for integrated microwave assemblies for airborne EW system applications. We have recently received several significant production orders at three Herley locations for this customer to support this aircraft and its critical mission. This award takes advantage of the recently completed ramp at Herley-CTI to full rate production for this high-performance assembly. We expect Herley-CTI to continue to be a valued partner to the US Navy on this and similar programs for years to come."
