Micronetics introduces the latest RoHS compliant addition to its popular CRO lineup, the MW500CR-1746R.
This VCO has a tuning range of 5020 to 5145 MHz from 0.5 to 5 V tuning using a 5 V supply. Output power is 3 dBm while using less than 35 mA of current. Typical phase noise at 10 kHz is -103 dBc/Hz, and at 100 KHz phase noise is -124 dBc/Hz. Second harmonic is -15 dBc maximum, pushing is <2.5 MHz/V and pulling is <2MHz p-p.
