Integra's ILP1214EL200 pallet is the first in a series of new high power L-band LDMOS-based pallets for pulsed operation in the 1215 to 1400 MHz frequency range.

It is a 50 ohm matched two-stage high power pulsed pallet amplifier for L-band radar systems operating over the instantaneous bandwidth of 1215 to 1400 MHz. The pallet supplies a minimum of 200 W of peak pulse power under the conditions of 16 ms pulse width and 50 percent duty cycle and gain of 22.3 dB.

All pallets utilize transistors manufactured with a complete gold metal system – die, wire bond and package, for maximum reliability in pulsed radar applications. One hundred percent production high power testing is performed in a 50 ohm RF test fixture.
