Crystek Debuts 3318 to 3467 MHz Voltage-controlled Oscillator

Crystek's CVCO55CC-3318-3467 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 3318 to 3467 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1~16 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the US, the model CVCO55CC-3318-3467 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 8 V, with a max current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 3.0 and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
