M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc., a provider of microwave and RF design solutions and products, announced the release of a new MESFET 50 to 1000 MHz Intermediate Frequency (IF) amplifier. The MAAM-009116 is a single-stage High Dynamic Range IF Amplifier in an industry standard SOT-89 package, ideally suited for receiver and transmitter applications.

This SOT-89 packaged amplifier offers customers a device with 18 dB of gain, 22 dBm of output P1dB power and an outstanding 40 dBm of output IP3 linearity. The MAAM-009116 delivers all this performance while maintaining a low noise figure of less than 2.4 dB.
