MFG Galileo Composites, a specialist in the design and manufacturing of custom composite radomes and reflectors, announced that the company was awarded a United States General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule under MAS Schedule 58I effective April 8, 2008. The contract number GS-03F-0051U applies to MFG Galileo Composites’ standard ground-based radomes.
This contract places MFG Galileo on an approved GSA schedule, enabling various government agencies to purchase products directly from the company. “Securing a GSA schedule contract for our ground-based and shipboard radomes and reflectors will enable all of our military and civilian US Government customers to expedite purchases through the GSA ordering process,” said Clint Lackey, general manager of MFG Galileo Composites. “The resulting increase in procurement efficiency and shorter time to implementation will return substantial cost reductions to our government customers.”
