Avnet Memec, the specialist semiconductor distributor of Avnet Electronics Marketing EMEA, has extended its distribution agreement with Wavecom SA. The company originally received the Wavecom distributorship through the acquisition of ESCO Italiana in October 2006. The strategic partnership is now extended to Germany, France, Austria and Switzerland, and reinforces the existing agreement for Italy, Greece and Turkey.
