Mini-Circuits’ model ZK-MSP2TA-18 is a single-pole, double-throw electro-mechanical switch with TTL-controlled operation from DC to 18 GHz. Typical insertion loss is 0.3 dB while isolation between ports is 66 dB or better across the full bandwidth. The operating lifetime is typically 5 million switching cycles with a typical switching time of 25 ms.
