Stellant Systems, Inc. continues to strengthen its executive leadership team with the selection of Michelle Rhoades as vice president and general manager of the Folsom, Calif., facility.
Rhoades is responsible for driving operational performance, process improvements, research & development and growth strategy at the Folsom, Calif., site and reports to Stellant’s Chief Operating Officer Steve Shpock.

In 2016, Rhoades transferred to the Stellant’s Torrance, Calif., facility where she spent two years in program management before being promoted to director of operations for the military traveling-wave tube production line. Since 2021, she has been the program office manager at Teledyne Microwave Solutions in Rancho Cordova, Calif.
Rhoades has an A.A. in Electronic Technology from Westland College in Citrus Heights, Calif.
Shpock said, "Folsom continues to be an important part of Stellant’s growth strategy, and her prior years of experience within Stellant and industry knowledge makes her the right choice to help achieve our company’s growth plans. We’re excited to have Michelle back with Stellant.”
Additionally, Rhoades commented, “My vision for Stellant Folsom is to increase our current market share on our heritage product lines and use our core competencies as the foundation for future active and passive pursuits for space and military applications.”
