European Microwave Week (EuMW) organizers announced that they are going forward with their next in-person event at the EXCEL London Convention and Conference Center. In order to give more time for the pandemic to become contained worldwide, the dates for this live, in-person event will now be February 13-18, 2022.
“We are excited that EuMW will be a fully live event once again, and we look forward to seeing all of the attendees, exhibitors and speakers in London in February,” said Frank van den Bogaart, president of EuMA, “EuMW exhibitors, participants and technical co-sponsors should know that the event in London will offer a full schedule of opportunities for networking, product demonstrations and a conference that advances the state of the art.”
Ivar Bazzy, president of Horizon House, organizer of EuMW on behalf of EuMA added, “A major factor in our decision to change the date is to give more time for as many conference delegates and exhibition visitors to travel from overseas as safely as possible. We are very much looking forward returning EuMW to a live event at the EXCEL in London.”
“As a consequence of these new dates for EuMW in London, the call for papers, workshops, short courses, special and focused sessions will be re-opened with a new deadline date for submissions,” said EuMW 2021 General Chair Nick Ridler. The new deadlines will be announced soon.
The world-class event will be held in London, England, U.K., and will include the 51st European Microwave Conference, the 16h European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference and the 18th European Radar Conference. The technical programme and exhibition will provide an opportunity for attendees to experience the latest products, research and initiatives in the microwave sector.
