RFMW announced design and sales support for a high performance, mmWave power amplifier from Qorvo. Offering 10 Watts of linear power for wideband communications systems with < -25 dBc IMD3, the QPA2212T operates from 27.5 to 31 GHz with 22 dB small signal gain. To simplify system integration, the QPA2212T is fully matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports. Saturated output power is 43.4 dBm. Applications include satellite communications and 5G infrastructure. Offered as DIE on tab with 3.7 x 5.2 mm package for ease of assembly.
