The RIM25200-20G provides an excellent drain efficiency of 60 percent at 50 V and operates at 2,400 to 2,500 MHz. This industry-leading size, weight, power and cost generator is installed with a CPU allowing users to control frequency, power, phase and signal source. The RIM25200-20G is designed using RFHIC’s state of the art GaN SiC HEMTs providing excellent thermal stability and reliability. This GaN solid-state microwave generator does not require any external RF input allowing for faster system integration.
