AM3129 is an analog voltage-tunable notch filter bank covering the 1.0 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. Six notch filters and two bypass paths with SP8T switches on the input and output are contained in the multi-chip module. Two separate tune voltages provide precise control of center frequency and notch bandwidth. The AM3129 is packaged in a 9 mm QFN and operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
The AM3129 is one in a family of analog voltage-tunable notch filters offered from Atlanta Micro that covers the 0.7 GHz to 6.0 GHz frequency range. In addition to the AM3129 in this family there is the AM3137 that covers 0.7 GHz to 2.0 GHz, the AM3138 that covers 1.3 GHz to 3.25 GHz and the AM3139 that covers 2.5 GHz to 6.0 GHz.
This family of parts provides an excellent filtering solution for a receiver or transceiver requiring flexible center frequency removal, high dynamic range, low insertion loss, small size, low weight and low power consumption (low SWAP).
