RFHIC released their latest 50 W, GaN solid-state wideband power amplifier (SSPA) designed ideally for broadcasting, laser driver, wideband jammers and various testing equipment applications. The RWP15040-10 delivers 38 dB of power gain at pin 9 dBm and a power gain flatness of ±1.0 dBpp operating from 500 to 2,500 MHz. This highly thermally resistant wideband amplifier provides an input return loss of -5 dB and operates at a supply voltage of 32 V. The quiescent current consumption ranges from 1.2 A (Typ) to 1.7 A (Max). This industry-leading size, weight, power and cost is fully matched, providing excellent broadband performance.
