Atlanta Micro announces the release of two new SP4T switches covering up to 20 GHz in 3mm QFN packages. The AM6013 and AM6029 SP4T devices offer internal 50Ω matching, internal decoder circuitry, positive voltage control, and low current draw. Performance advantages include low insertion loss, a flat frequency response, high linearity, and high isolation over the operating temperature range of -40C to +85C.
