RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an extremely high output CATV amplifier. Qorvo’s power doubler model QPA3250 provides up to 76.8 dBmV composite power or 67 dBmV virtual level.
It allows for externally adjusted DC current and voltage (24 to 34 V) for optimum distortion performance versus power consumption. Performance remains high due to the combination of GaAs pHEMT and GaN HEMT die providing 23 dB minimum gain from 45 to 1218 MHz.
The QPA3250 is unconditionally stable under all terminations for low distortion applications. DPD optimized for power savings and improved linearity, it’s offered in a SOT-115J package.
