The high-performance S-Series PIN diode switches span the frequency range of 10 MHz to 18 GHz are available with absorptive or reflective input ports. The switches are characterized by low insertion loss, low vswr, high isolation and fast switching and feature internal DC blocks on all RF ports, eliminating the need for external DC blocks. All switch configurations are available in a wide variety of standard frequency ranges from cost-effective narrowband to high-performance broadband. Each switch incorporates a TTL-compatible driver for convenient system integration and operates from +5V and -12V to -18V DC power supplies. Additional DC supply options are available including +/-5V and +/-15V.

MIL-C-39012 SMA female connectors are standard on all models. Standard screened switches undergo a stringent yet cost effective screening cycle. The switches are also available with hermetic seal and high-reliability screening for military and aerospace applications. The switches provide ideal solutions for electronic warfare (EW) systems, radar, electronic countermeasures (ECM), communications, test and simulation systems.

Additional options include reversed control logic and RoHS-compliance.
