RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high performance LNA covering 7 to 14 GHz. The Qorvo QPA2609 provides 26 dB of small signal gain with a noise figure of 1.1 dB for point-to-point and satellite communication systems. Packaged in a small, 4 x 4 mm plastic QFN, the QPA2609 is matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports for easy handling and simple system integration. OIP3 is 25 dBm. P1dB is 18 dBm. Biased with 3.5 V, this GaAs device draws 120 mA of current.
