IGNP0912L1KW is a 50-Ohm matched GaN-based high power pulsed pallet amplifier for L- Band avionics systems operating over the instantaneous bandwidth of 0.960 to 1.215 GHz. This pallet amplifier supplies a minimum of 1000W of peak pulse power, under the conditions of 2.5 ms pulse width and 20% duty cycle. This pallet amplifier is ideal for Class AB operation with excellent thermal stability. IGNP0912L1KW has a gain of 12.0 dB, frequency of 0.1-1.0 GHz and a voltage of 28 V. This device is 100% screened for large signal RF parameters.
