RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for two, highly integrated front-end modules from Qorvo. The QPB9324 and QPB9325 combine a high power handling (52 W) switch with two low noise amplifiers targeting wireless infrastructure applications configured for TDD-based architectures.

The QPB9324 covers frequencies from 3.4 to 3.6 GHz and the QPB9325 covers 3.6 to 3.8 GHz. Noise figure for the devices is 1.15 dB and 1.3 dB respectively. Both devices offer receive gain of 33.5 dB with transmit insertion loss of 0.5 dB. Running from a 5 volt supply, they draw 240 mA in receive and 140 mA in transmit.

Offered in a 8 x 8 mm, leadless surface mount package.
