Twin NPN Transistors
The UPA series twin transistor devices with a low profile TC package feature a footprint smaller than an SOT-363, making them suitable for size-constrained applications such as cellular phones, PCS handsets, PCMCIA cards, miniature VCOs, pagers, keyless entry transmitters and other portable wireless products. With a height of just 0.55-mm, these new six-pin packages also feature a flat lead design for reduced parasitic lead inductance and good electrical performance. The UPA series is available in matched die, which result in less tuning for applications, and mixed die, which offer the designer flexibility to configure combinations for two-stage applications.
