RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a broadband SPDT switch from Skyworks Solutions. With a frequency range of 1 to 6 GHz, the SKY13592-689LF is ideal for WLAN networks, repeaters, ISM radios, connectivity modules and >1 GHz LTE platforms.

Power handling is 30 dBm P0.1 dB. Skyworks advanced switching technologies maintain low insertion loss of 0.5 dB and high isolation of 35 dB for all switching paths.

Integrated DC blocking capacitors eliminate the need for external components saving board space and complementing the SKY13592-689LF MLPD package size of 1 × 1 × 0.5 mm.
