RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 2-stage low noise amplifier (LNA) with integrated bypass switch in the second stage. Operating from 1.5 to 3.8 GHz, the Qorvo TQL9065 provides 0.5 dB noise figure and up to 36 dB of gain through the internal amplifiers. When gain is not needed, the bypass switch automatically turns off the LNA for power savings.

The Qorvo TQL9065 finds applications in defense communications and wireless infrastructure such as small cells, repeaters, distributed amplifiers and tower mounted amplifiers.

Qorvo offers the TQL9065 in a 3.5 x 3.5 mm surface mount package.
