RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for model QPA3240 from Qorvo. The QPA3240 supports DOCSIS 3.1 CATV amplifier designs with up to 24.5 dB gain from 45 to 1218 MHz.

Superior return loss performance and extremely low distortion (CSO = -76 dBc and CTB = -73 dBc) characterize the QPA3240 which combines the advantages of both GaAs and GaN for excellent linearity and high output capability of 62 dBmV.

This Qorvo CATV power doubler has a 3 dB noise figure and draws 480 mA at 24 VDC. It’s offered in a standard SOT-115J package.
