RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity amplifier. The Qorvo TQP9421, internally matched small cell PA offers 27 dBm of linear power (-50 dBc ACLR) with 30 dB of gain.

Drawing 450 mA from a 4.5 V supply, the TQP9421 lends itself towards distributed amplifier systems (DAS), small cell infrastructure and repeaters.

Packaged in a 14-pin, 7 x 7 mm DFN with a large backside paddle to aid in heat dissipation, the Qorvo TQP9421 is capable of 35.5 dBm P1dB from 2.11 to 2.17 GHz.
